I say 7.5/10 because eventually, A would find a weakness for Kenpachi and have a slight chance of defeating him. This is a very well-thought battle and I think Kenpachi wins 7.5/10.
Kenpachi wins either way but it would be closer if the lone world was a Ninja World which is a good environment for A.
In my opinion it is not logical for A to be able to kill Kenpachi. Kenpachi is already bloodlusted and in the rules it says that morals are off so imagine what he will do to A (3rd Raikage). VRV is the home of your favorite channels, events, and communities celebrating anime, animation, video games, comics, science fiction, fantasy, and tech. (I don't read the manga so I don't know how much stronger he is now) Also, they can both put all of their abilities to use and if we compare the 3rd Raikage's Hell Stab and Kenpachi's kendo style or his eye patch off, then kendo style and no eye patch is stronger. Don't get me wrong, The 3rd Raikage is slightly ruthless but Kenpachi is more ruthless than him. He will do what he needs to beat the Raikage. The 3rd Raikage might be smarter but Kenpachi is more bloodlusted and ruthless.
